Delivery and service charge

Helsingissä 10 euroa, Vantaalla ja Espoossa 14 euroa, Korsossa ja Keravalla 30 euroa.

Order and delivery times

We deliver flowers from Monday to Saturday to your preferred home address in Helsinki and Vantaa. Flower deliveries ordered before 12:00 on weekdays can be delivered on the same day. On Saturdays, same day delivery are accepted until 11:00.

For home addresses, flowers are generally delivered on weekdays and Saturdays between 16:00 and 22:00.

We cannot guarantee flower delivery at a specific time of day.

Undelivered flowers and re-delivery

You can instruct us to leave flowers at the front door if the recipient will not be home. Please note that we do not leave flowers at the apartment building front door or any outside door in cold weather.

If we cannot leave the bouquet, for example we do not have your consent to do so, or you have given an invalid address or the front door is locked, and we have no code or way of contacting the recipient, the bouquet will return to our shop and we will contact you.

We make second deliveries for an extra €15. To do this, you will need to select an item in our catalogue called "_Delivery retry" and purchase it with the new valid address. If you do not purchase re-delivery within 24 hours, your bouquet will be disposed of and no refund will be given.

Funeral orders

Although we cannot otherwise guarantee exact delivery times, funeral flower orders will be delivered according to the time of the blessing. However, funeral flowers must be ordered at least 2 working days before the blessing to ensure timely delivery.
