How to order flowers
Flowers from the online shop
- Choose your flowers first. You can also order several flowers if they are delivered to the same address. If you are ordering for more than one address, please place the order one address at a time.
- If you wish, you can add additional products such as cards to your order.
- Fill in the recipient details and let us know the delivery date.
- Enter the text of the card to be sent with the flowers. The text can be entered directly in the shopping cart. If you write the text but do not pick the card, we will use our company card instead.
- Add any special requests to the delivery and select a course of action in case the recipient is not at home.
- Fill in the details of the recipient such as phone number, door codes, etc.
- Check the order summary for the order details.
- Select your preferred payment method, accept the delivery terms and proceed to payment. If payment is interrupted, the order will not be transferred to our system. In this case, please place the order again.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check at this point that all order details are correct. If necessary, please contact our office via chat or phone 0414871522 or email info@kukkivaoksa.fi.
- We will process your flower order at our office.
- We will contact you if your order requires further information or if there is anything that needs to be clarified.
- We will prepare your bouquet.
- We will deliver it to the address provided.
- Currently we offer only local deliveries to Helsinki and Vantaa.
