Refund policy
As flowers and plants are fresh products, and bouquets and arrangements are made-to-order and therefore customised products, they are non-returnable.
We deliver our flowers locally ourselves and make sure that the bouquet stays fresh and is not affected by heat or frost. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us first.
You also have the right to cancel your order within one hour if you have ordered by mistake. If you cancel later and we have already started making the bouquet, we will deduct the cost of the flowers and labour.
